About Me

My interest in Public Relations and Digital Marketing began as a hobby. I often edited videos and created social media content for fun. At the age of 14, I started managing "fan pages" on Instagram and Facebook as a hobby. This started my love for digital marketing. I have been an avid user of various social media platforms since then which has provided me with a deep insight on how these platforms can best be used for marketing advantages. I love being creative and brainstorming project ideas.

My education in Communications began in high school where I got to try many different "jobs" typically seen in TV production for the school news program. In college, I began professional work doing freelance media management and a part-time job as Social Media Coordinator for a local dance studio.  Following these experiences, I decided to pursue my Master's in Pubic Relations. I wanted to better my education to become a well-rounded professional. 

Much of my experience is centered around the entertainment/theatrical industry. This is because along with my passion for communications, I also love theatre and performing. My first internship was with Manhattan Theater Club in NYC where I was fully immersed into the busy work experience of a marketing professional in the industry. From there I continued to work in digital marketing for other major Broadway companies such as The Broadway League and Lincoln Center Theater. While I am most passionate about the entertainment industry, I strongly value the need for exceptional marketing in all other industries. I am proud to have a diverse range of experience managing social media for the entertainment industry, cosmetic industry, and food service industry.
